What is your shipping Policy?

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

• ORIGINAL WORKS ACROSS CANADA AND CONTINENTAL USA are subject to all shipping charges, duty and taxes. 
• Each original artwork is carefully cleaned, inspected and packed by me with a protective cloth and double boxed to ensure safe transport.  
• Please allow approximately 10 days for proper packing of original works prior to shipping. 
•  Shipping, crating and duties will be calculated based on dimensions, destination and speed of delivery at the time of your purchase.  
  
• You will then receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped along with the ETA.  

• OVERSEAS PURCHASES are subject to all shipping charges, duty & taxes
•  Shipping, crating and duties will be calculated on based dimensions and destination at the time of your purchase. 
• For international shipments requiring air freight, I use DHL but will price out other options to give you the best rates.
• DUTIES & TAXES International Shipments: Whether a shipment is a gift or not, it must still go through an import procedure as determined by custom’s law in the destination country. The shipment is cleared through customs based on the origin country, the value but not its purpose. Artworks are duty free to most countries however tariffs or taxes based on the items destination will have to be observed when transported across international borders.

• I will personally deliver and install your new original artwork if you live in the Greater Toronto or Hamilton area FREE OF CHARGE !  

PRINTS AND LIMITED EDITIONS

• Shipping charges is calculated at the time of check out based on the purchase total
• SHIPPING PRINTS will be shipped directly from our print vendor and dependent on their seasonal production times
• Limited editions shipped to the USA is $125 and that includes brokerage
• Limited editions shipped within Canada is $85.
• Greeting cards shipped across Canada is $7
• Greeting cards shipped to the USA is $10

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

• I want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, so please be sure to make use of the Augmented Reality visualizer first to see how it will look on your wall. 
• If you are not sure about a piece, call me directly to discuss your space.  Aside from being an artist, I am an interior designer and art consultant!  
• We can video chat so you can see the work in detail and ask lots of questions.
• If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and include your order number, phone number and a brief description of what’s going on and how we can help.
• Please note: There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged plus purchaser is responsible for all related shipping charges back.
